Since the fall of 2025, we noticed our AC not acting right. Fall came so temps dropped and we forgot about the AC. Now in February 2026, we hit a couple of days with temps needing AC. We turned on the unit and noticed an extended run time and troubles with cooling. I remembered seeing numerous videos on Facebook on ACTS Services so I reached out to them. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. After discussing what was happening, the Tech asked to see the condenser and measured pressures. He asked to start the unit and immediately noticed the fan to be faulty, fan wasn’t running. The Tech made a call, found the part in stock and replaced it all in one visit.
