Acts Service, Robert the owner, is incredibly kind, polite, patient, and respectful in the way he runs his business. His communication is quick, clear, and efficient, and he makes sure you fully understand the issue before any work is done. He came out to give me a second opinion after another company (assigned by my warranty provider) denied my claim and told me there were multiple problems: an incorrect motor, faulty installation, and even that my warranty had expired. All of this turned out to be completely false. my system is less than three years old and was factory-direct, and has a 10 year warranty. Robert took the time to properly inspect everything and quickly identified the real issue: a bad capacitor. What could have cost us a lot more ended up being a simple fix thanks to his honesty and expertise. If you want a technician who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers, Acts Service is the company to call. Highly recommend!
Robert installed my 50 gallon Rheem hybrid water heater in mid November, 2024. It required 15 man hours due to the complex installation. He had to extend the hot water line and 240 volt wiring through the attic about 30 feet from a hallway closet to my garage. He then drained and removed my old hot water heater. I also had him install a Soft Start kit on my 19-year-old American Standard heat pump. His rates are reasonable, he guarantees his work, and most of all, Robert has a level of integrity rarely found in the HVAC business. Robert could have easily sold me a new mini-split system. Indeed, he did give me a fair estimate to do so for my 1764 sq ft home. However, my heat pump was doing such a great job that I had him check it out before committing to a new system. Robert thoroughly inspected and tuned up my American Standard heat pump and advised me that everything was performing to the recommended specs. When I do buy a new heat pump or mini split system at some point in the future, ACTS Services will be the only business that I will contact. I highly recommend ACTS Services for all your HVAC needs and most of your plumbing issues.

Had 2 Central AC/Heat-pump units installed. Cannot recommend highly enough! Prompt and courteous service. Took care to lay down protection on floors while work was being done. Stayed until the job was finished. Several years experience in HVAC and units were installed properly. Answered our questions. Fair pricing and stuck 100% to the original quote for the job. An honest and skilled business. You cannot go wrong with this contactor, in my opinion.

I can not say enough about how great it was to have Robert install our multi-zone mini-split system. He is honest, hard-working, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and much more. I hired him to install a large 6 zone system with unique indoor units and Robert went above and beyond to ensure that everything was installed to exact specifications regardless of the time it took and the weather. He worked all day outdoors on the coldest and windiest day of the year by far. If it were anyone else they would have just cancelled for the day, but he kept working away ensuring everything was in good working order. Robert is a rarity nowadays. He is a man of integrity, honesty and takes great pride in his work. I was very fortunate to have found him to recommend the layout and specifications of the system and install it to specs. I highly recommend him.

Roberto is fantastic. He answers personally everytime I call. After three other HVAC companies came to my home and did not care about solving my problem, Roberto knew what was wrong immediately. He unclogged a very plugged drain in my air handler . My vents had water in them. I though the water was from a pipe that had burst in my bathroom. Until I saw him unplug the drain. I love this man!!
Robert was very thorough and pinpointed the problem very quickly. He was also very professional and polite. We had our furnace back up and running on a Saturday at a very reasonable price, too! I appreciate your hard work Robert and being able to help us out, we had been without heat for days and it nice and toasty now! I highly recommend him. ACTS has great customer service with good price. I have 4 AC units so need services more often than others. ACTS always be able to provide service within a day or 2. More importantly, owner Robert will go out of his way to find the cheaper alternatives to fit your buget needs. I have a unit that has been left not working for several years because my previous AC company told me I had to replace the whole condenser unit. Robert fixed it by replacing the thermostat and fill up the freon! Amazing, right? I recommend ACTS to any of of friends.

I called a big name HVAC company to assess an issue with my A/C not blowing cold air. They said I needed a new system and quoted me thousands. We had our HVAC system replaced by a family member who fell sick before he could finish the job. We were stuck in the middle of winter with no heat for several weeks.
