I can’t recommend ACTS Services enough! After another HVAC company came out and tried to upsell me on replacing my entire system, both the indoor and outdoor units, I called ACTS Services for a second opinion. Robert came out the SAME DAY, properly diagnosed the issue, and determined that I didn’t need a whole new system at all. The compressor simply needed to be replaced and the refrigerant recharged. He charged me only for what actually needed to be fixed and had everything repaired and running again in about two hours! It’s refreshing to find an HVAC professional who is honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and not looking to sell you something you don’t need. Robert saved me from spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. 5 STARS!!!!!

Since the fall of 2025, we noticed our AC not acting right. Fall came so temps dropped and we forgot about the AC. Now in February 2026, we hit a couple of days with temps needing AC. We turned on the unit and noticed an extended run time and troubles with cooling. I remembered seeing numerous videos on Facebook on ACTS Services so I reached out to them. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. After discussing what was happening, the Tech asked to see the condenser and measured pressures. He asked to start the unit and immediately noticed the fan to be faulty, fan wasn’t running. The Tech made a call, found the part in stock and replaced it all in one visit. I then turned on the AC and the difference was night and day! Highly, highly, highly recommend ACTS Services! Fair priced, professional, prompt and local.
