100% HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT HERE!!! Made one phone call this morning with concerns that I thought might be costly. To my great surprise, they were not. Talk about getting the best bang for my buck! Robert was very kind and informative upon diagnosing my ac unit. He was also able to provide same day service so my family and I didn't have to suffer one more night without cool air. Should I ever have any further ac concerns I now know who to call. No need to look further when the customer service and value was hit spot on with the first visit. Since the fall of 2025, we noticed our AC not acting right. Fall came so temps dropped and we forgot about the AC. Now in February 2026, we hit a couple of days with temps needing AC. We turned on the unit and noticed an extended run time and troubles with cooling. I remembered seeing numerous videos on Facebook on ACTS Services so I reached out to them. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. After discussing what was happening, the Tech asked to see the condenser and measured pressures. He asked to start the unit and immediately noticed the fan to be faulty, fan wasn’t running. The Tech made a call, found the part in stock and replaced it all in one visit. I then turned on the AC and the difference was night and day! Highly, highly, highly recommend ACTS Services! Fair priced, professional, prompt and local.
